“Silicon Valley in Russia will never happen”

Founder of Acronis and Parallels Sergey Belousov about what Russia is attractive for business process and the government’s role in its development.

According to Sergei Belousov, the concept of “information technology” and “online” are outdated, and any business today - until the production of refrigerators - connected to the Internet. Russia believes Belousov, very attractive for technology businesses. Moreover, the state can and should provide all possible assistance to private companies - in regard to support basic science to improve the quality of education and increasing interest in the profession of engineer and scientist.
