The quality of the state: the crisis of self-evaluation

High officials of Russia talked about that, they say, the national economy began to recover from the crisis. Or, at least, its subsequent decline is not possible, it has been prevented by effective efforts of the state. It is hard to say exactly what should be visible on its particular merits, but distributing huge sums of money packages that are, strictly speaking, the State itself and did not belong, because to a large extent, were in his hands as a result of tax collection, customs duties and all kinds of business deductions and individuals. In other words, the government has virtually single-handedly handed the money earned by all. Sometimes, the distribution looked quite logical and correct, but more - unfair and biased, it became clear that the money is distributed not only to exit out of crisis, how to solve problems of survival and strengthening of the state itself, to prevent social unrest, the fall of the legitimacy of the authorities and t . e. Any Rossiyanin if he wants to start a business, then, of course, the main goal set the task of earning money. But when the state is in the business, it goes there with quite different objectives. They may be political, social, etc., but in any case relate to the expenditure of money, but not with their earning. Business mainly earns State basically spending - and, as we have often seen over the past year, according to their own priorities and needs.
From the rostrum suddenly started to sound the word that the crisis has increased the role of the state. It served as a kind of axiom.
