History businesswoman Svetlana Sukharev may seem quite normal. She opened a small hotel and eventually mass examination, during one of which earned a stroke.

Several years ago, UAB “AIS” rented a small two-storey building in the Kirov region under agricultural market. Rents were low, allowing a profit. However, the area on the second floor of the success is not used, and Svetlana Sukharev, CEO of the company, decided to organize there a night club. But residents of neighboring houses began to complain about the noise.

Then the entrepreneur decided to turn the second floor of a hotel economy class with 16 rooms.
