Belarus gave Russia in the court for the oil duties

Belarus gave Russia in the CIS Economic Court, which serves as a court of EurAsEC, over oil duties. This is the official statement says the Justice Ministry of Belarus. The statement of claim the Belarusian side regards the legality of levying customs duties on oil products and petrochemical raw materials in exports from Russia to Belarus.
