Moscow to the Crimea will invest billions of dollars?

The Moscow City Government and large businesses willing to invest several billion dollars to develop the eastern shore of the Crimea, said Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov in Simferopol after the signing of an agreement on cooperation between Moscow and the Crimea on Wednesday, February 21.
