What to do when business is exposed to Internet attacks? (analysis and conclusions based on the real attack)

In early June Privatbank (Ukraine) underwent a kind of Internet attacks. The attack was sending e-mail with information about the problems of the bank. One can assume that the goal of attackers was to “reach out” to journalists on-line media, and then, perhaps, to newspapers and television.
